It all started off during the year of 2017 with a group of fitness enthusiasts joining together to share knowledge and experiences onto a new kind of element in the Malaysian fitness scene known as “Calisthenics”. Having years of growing, sharing passion and understanding through community training. The passionate youthful group decided to bring this scene into reality, building an indoor training ground that teaches this new fitness discipline using only our own bodyweight. During November 2019, O-Zone Fitness was born and the story of spreading the knowledge and passion on bodyweight training have never stopped since!
Yin Sinn's dedication and emphasis on education in fitness has allowed her to inspire people around her to live the healthy lifestyle. She believes in adopting good habits and staying consistent will lead you to achieve great things in life! She teaches Calisthenics Basic class which guides members on how to get started with bodyweight workouts.
YEE YIN SINN
Hui Vern is an experienced fitness enthusiast who has been in the fitness industry for many years. Being Ozone's obstacle course setter, he designs and builds obstacles that are beneficial for everyone's training. He strives to educate people on how to master the control of our own bodyweight through efficient and effective training.

Chee Wai is a certified personal trainer and an obstacles course athlete who continues to learn in search of the most effective training program. He strives to inspire people to keep an active lifestyle and also have fun in the process of staying healthy. He teaches O-Ninja class that emphasizes fitness maneuver techniques to conquer different obstacles elements on the course.
Irwan was introduced to calisthenics movements at the age of 18. The strength he gained from achieving calisthenics skills has sparked his passion. He has then decided to pick up videography and video editing to create more fitness contents to share his knowledge in hopes to inspire more people. He teaches Cal500 class emphasizes on fat burning circuit movements
Haziq is a certified fitness instructor (FITM) and Certified Calisthenics Master Trainer from Calisthenics Training & Accredited Certification. Carrying his Motto of learning never stops, Haziq hopes to bring Calisthenics certification into Malaysia so that basic principles of Calisthenics can be taught vastly around the globe. He teaches handstand class guiding members step to step progression towards achieving handstand.
CHIN JO CHUAN
Jo has always been a sports enthusiast and believes that a good mix of team work and competitive spirit will lead us a long way in various aspects of life. He also believes that often the best fitness training modules originated from sports and so strives to educate strength training most innate to humans, Calisthenics.
Luciffer's experience in yoga and taekwondo prior to training calisthenics has given him an in-depth understanding about fitness functionality and movements. He believes creativity in movements is what makes fitness fun. His class Omakase surprises members of all levels with different moves calisthenics offers
Tobee is a Malaysian representative in the Southeast Asian Games 2019 Obstacle racing event accomplishing 2nd Place for 400m Team Assist category. As an athlete and a fitness instructor, she believes that hard work multiplies with consistency will result to success. She teaches Cal500 class that emphasizes on fat burning circuit workouts
From an athletic background, Priscilla was exposed to fitness coaching from a young age, She understood the importance of good training guidance to help clients feel heard and motivated towards their fitness goals. Priscilla has a lot of success with post natal ladies getting back their strength and appearance. Priscilla lives by the saying 'lose weight comes from the kitchen' and places huge emphasis on client's diet to achieve fitness goals
Raihan is part of the national obstacles team and has a huge dedication towards fitness training. He trains hard and enjoys helping people adopting the mindset of training hard to achieve their fitness goals. He teaches CAL500 class every Sunday that focuses on functional HIIT boydweight workout burning 500 calories or more.
Jeffrey strives to help people experience the benefits of bodyweight training. Other than sharing his fitness journey and knowledge online, He also guides people to practice calisthenics in the correct form and techniques through online coaching. He teaches Calisthenics basic class which guides members on how to get started with bodyweight workouts.
Sasa is a Certified Manasa Yoga & AcroYoga instructor with a passion in dance and aerial movements. She aims to help students establish mind-body balance and connection through movements. Sasa finds the biggest satisfaction when her students feel at ease and confident in their bodies, complete with a sense of "coming home" to themselves. Sasa teaches AcroYoga class on Wed.
Took place in the 9th Mister Global 2023 as Mister Malaysia, Alejandro is a part time model and calisthenics coach. As a self taught practitioner for many years, he believes that calisthenics training builds massive strength & great physique with functional muscles. He teaches Handstand class and helps members achieve exceptional arm balancing skills
2 Years into calisthenics journey, Keven has shown great passion in the sports. Knowing the best way to learn calisthenics is to meet with the elites in the scene, Keven learnt quickly from those around him. Looking to give back to the community Keven motivates and encourages new practitioner not to give up too quickly as calisthenics progress will come when you least expecting it.
Coming from an athletic background, 10 years in MSSM Artistic Gymnastic, Shasi is passionate about movement flow. Shasi explores and specializes in gymnastics, animal flow, acrobatics & parkour movements. He emphasizes on forming useful neural pathways, movement with intention, and aerial awareness. Shasi is the coach for Parkour class in O-Zone.
Having huge passion in fitness since young, Valerie has been consistently training and learning about fitness before transitioning to coach. She is a NASM certified women's fitness specialist, striving to educate and inspire women to train for improved fitness and strength for better well being. Valerie is currently a personal trainer coach in O-Zone.
Zack has been a freelance trainer emphasizes on improved stamina and strength. Upon exploring calisthenics movement, Zack is quick to capture the foundation of calisthenics training and able to progress swiftly. He envisions to guide students on how to build strength and mobility through calisthenics training and adopt the discipline into daily lifestyle
