Since 2023, the 100 Seconds Challenge has been a battleground for athletes across Malaysia. Introducing the brand new BURN Series this year! This challenge is not just about fitness—it’s about stamina, strategy, and mental toughness.

  • 3 machine-based exercises, wall ball & shuttle run.

  • 100 seconds per workout.

  • 25 seconds rest between exercises.

  • Higher distance / repetitions , higher points.

Challenge Format

-5 movements, 100 seconds each with 25 seconds rest time in between exercises
-Challenger will be ranked for each movement, the higher the ranking, the more points will be secured
-Challenger who secures the most points from all 5 exercises WINS!
